Equipment

DVOR 2000. Azimuthal Doppler beacon

DESTINATION
The beacon is designed to generate and emit radio signals that provide measurement of the azimuth angle of an aircraft equipped with onboard VOR devices. The beacon is used at airports and on the flight paths of civil aviation aircraft.

OPERATING PRINCIPLE AND SIGNAL FORMAT
The DVOR 2000 beacon has a VOR equipment signal format and complies with the requirements for this equipment set out in Annex 10 to the Convention on International Civil Aviation (ICAO). The beacon can be used in combination with the DME/N rangefinder beacon and as an independent product.

DF 2000. Automatic Direction Finder

DESTINATION
The DF 2000 Automatic Direction Finder (DFD) is designed for direction finding of aircraft (during the operation of onboard radio transmitters) via 2-16 frequency channels, depending on the delivery option

OPERATING PRINCIPLE AND SIGNAL FORMAT
The automatic direction finder (ADF) provides direction finding of AM-modulated high-frequency signals by the phase method. The ADF uses electrical switching of the ring vibrators of the antenna array, creating the effect of rotation of a single vibrator.

DME 2700. Rangefinder radio beacon

DESTINATION
The beacon in combination with the on-board equipment of the DME system is designed to measure the inclined range of the aircraft relative to the control point of the installation. The beacon is used at airports and on the flight paths of civil aviation aircraft.

MODE OF OPERATION AND SIGNAL FORMAT
The DME 2700 beacon uses the principle of operation and the signal format of the DME/N (DME/P) equipment in accordance with the requirements of ‘»Annex 10 to the Convention on International Civil Aviation (ICAO)». The beacon can be used in conjunction with the VOR navigation azimuth radio beacon (DVOR), ILS landing systems and independently.

ILS 2700. Instrumental Planting System

DESTINATION
The ILS 2700 ground equipment is designed to emit amplitude-modulated high frequency communication (HF) signals in a specific area, containing information received on board an aircraft equipped with appropriate receivers, and allows its position relative to the runway to be determined during approach and landing.

SYSTEM COMPOSITION

  • LOC 2700 heading beacon;
  • DME/NL 2700 landing rangefinder transponder;
  • FFM 2700 long-range field monitoring device;
  • RCE 2700 remote control equipment;
  • Optionally, it is possible to equip the landing system with marker beacons, instead of DME/NL 2700.

NORMARC

The NORMARC PPE Far-Field Monitor (FFM) is an accurate, reliable and user-friendly piece of equipment.

GRB

A glideslope radio beacon (GRB) is a ground-based radio device that emits radio signals into space containing information for aircraft control.

DME

DME is a radio navigation equipment for determining the inclined range between an aircraft and a ground station
